Summary: This property is even better than advertised. It's a great location to eats, shopping and not far from Mayo, which was our reason for the visit to Jax. The host was GREAT. I didnt bring a hairdryer and he without hesitation went immediately and bought one. My favorite thing about this unit was the spacious layout.

Summary: We've stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium twice when visiting family in Jacksonville. It's clean and modern. All of the appliance work well. The beds are comfy. We love king size bed in the master bedroom, the dual sinks in the master bath and the huge walk-in closets. The host provides a Keurig coffee maker with a generious amount of coffee pods. We stayed for 5 night and didn't run out of coffee pods. We love the location accross from the Town Center Mall. Publix is directly accross the street from the complex making a run for milk and other essentials very easy. There are so many great places to eat in the neighborhood. This condo building has an excellent gym with a lot of weight lifting and cardio equipment. My wife and I work out almost every morning so this is huge positive feature for us. I definitely recommend this lovely condo on your next trip to Jacksonville.

Summary: It was a very pleasant stay, and all of the amenities were clean. Photos in ad were very accurate. My only advice to owner would be to add a recliner because the couches are hard to get in and out of as an older person. I would also mention in listing you need to download two apps in order to access the property. This is in no way a knock to the property, just suggestions. We would 100% recommend this property and stay here again!

Summary: The furniture in the living room was not suitable for "sitting". The 2 person lounger took a lot of effort to get into the seating and required you pulling yourself out of the lounger. Because it was a lounger your legs were always lifted. The second oversized seat was so deep that your legs were not able to be on the floor. The seat cushion reach to your calves. You either sat with your feet stuck out or curled up on the seat. Both bedrooms have high beds and mattresses. The room with the queen mattress was so tall it required a stool to get into. However, there was no stool in the unit.

Summary: This newly-built condo is impeccably clean, comfortable and smells wonderful! The split bedroom configuration, each smartly positioned on either side of the living room, was perfect. Each bedroom has its own connected bathroom and each bathroom has a large walk-in closet. The compfy bed in the master bedroom is a king which was huge positive feature for us. The kitchen is nicely stocked with utensils and pots/pans. There is a Keurig coffee maker generously-stocked with coffee and some tea. The facility gym is best we’ve experienced at a VRBO. We had lots of fun using some of the other project amenities including the table tennis, foosball table and table shuffleboard. The location across from the Jacksonville Town Center made shopping on Black Friday so much easier. Publix is literally across the street making getting our initial kitchen supplies, like milk, a breeze. There were only a few things we thought could be improved. The unit does not have a dining table and only two bar stools. There was no sponge in the kitchen so we had to use paper towels to wash the dishes. Neither bathroom had hand soap (i.e., the containers were there but, were empty). There was also no tub/shower soap or shampoo/conditioner. Overall, we highly recommend this VRBO!
