Summary: This condo is totally amazing! Great part of town. Close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. Just bring your clothes, bathsuits, and laptop, everything else was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Nice condo in great location. Easy access to golf, shopping and beach. Nice residential area which is great for morning and evening walks. Hosts were terrific and very accommodating.

Summary: The condo was just as the Vrbo site showed, newly renovated and very clean. Personal touches greeted us like fresh flowers and all toiletries and paper products and kitchen supplies and spices. Hosts were very attentive to any questions immediately and even checked if we needed more supplies. We were made to feel very welcome! The neighborhood is very safe and lovely and walking is pleasant around the golf course and other neighborhoods, we walked a couple miles every day there. It’s a few miles drive to the ocean and every shopping experience you would want is conveniently nearby. The location is simply great. We will definitely stay again if it’s available when we visit.

Summary: If you are looking for a great place on the east side of Jaxksonvillle, FL for a short or long stay here is where you want to be. We loved our 6 weeks stay there. Condo was very clean, well supplied, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a great host/owner. Rooms are as pictured and if anything is needed, Elizabeth will accommodate you if possible. Great kitchen if you like to cook in as I did. Easy drive to the beaches if that is your thing., also near Mayo Clinic. On a scale of 1-10 this is a 12!!!

Summary: This first floor condo was perfect for our one month stay in Jacksonville. This very clean, updated and nicely equipped place was perfectly located to the Mayo Clinic and Jax Beach but in a quiet neighborhood. The bedding and linens were very comfortable as well. The owner was wonderfully responsive and very helpful with any issue we had ie: getting connected with the cable tv. There are 2 smart TVs which provides a whole variety of entertainment options. We would definitely recommend this condo as a perfect housing option in Jacksonville

Summary: We stayed at this property for roughly 3 months this summer. Great property! Condo is located right around the corner from a ton of nice restaurants. Grocery stores are down the street. Beach is very close. Very family friendly, safe area. The condo is very well maintained and the rest of the complex is also spotless. Parking is right in front of the condo. We did not have a single issue during our 3 month period. The property management company was also top notch. Highly recommend property. Book it.
