Positive: The apartment was well situated and easy walking to bus stops and Victoria park. It is in a large residential housing estate on the 4th floor accessible by stairs and lift. It was reasonable quiet though the school next door was a bit noisy prior to school starting. There were shops in the area. The Kitchen was well equipped ( Please provide a cutting board) The apartment was clean and spacious for London.
Negative: The hot water was off when we got there so we only had a hot shower the next day. Please check that this is left on as if was a very hot day and we really needed a shower. Fix the grid gate at the front door so that one can leave the door open on a hot day ( heat wave ) and get a through draft. We had to accept a parcel for the host. I felt that this was not our responsibility as if anything happened to it we would be to blame.

Positive: The house was a very pleasant surprise — simply because homes like this one are not easy to find in London. Spacious, fully equipped, airy, full of natural light, and located right next to the park and shops that matter. The hosts were exceptional in every way. By far the best stay I’ve ever had in London.

Positive: The location is excellent, very close to Victoria Park and all the amenities. The kitchen has what you’d need if you want to eat in (I didn’t). The bed is super comfy. The flat is very quiet as it’s on a higher floor (there is an elevator).
Negative: As with many buildings the front door lock took a bit of jiggling to figure out.
