Summary: Clean, quiet, immediate access to the beach. The beach seems like a private beach. Negative side: access by mostly two-lane roads with heavy traffic and only one grocery store in the vicinity.

Summary: We arrived at 4:15 and the cleaners were leaving the rental. So the floors were still wet. We did ask for early arrival, but never received an email or phone call which was aggravating. Otherwise the loft was clean, full of kitchen essentials, clean bedding, towels and kitchen towels as well. We loved the access to the beach, 4th floor patio right next to us and the cleanliness of the entire place. The elevators were a plus when unloading the car and going to the beach. It would be nice to see clearer markers when you arrive. I went in an emergency door and came out into an open hallway. There was a nice man that took me to the elevators and showed me the location of our rental. He also showed me how to access the parking lot via the elevators. All was well once he helped me. My husband and I enjoyed this vacation!

Summary: Nice, clean, attractive and modern condo with great access to retail options and a wonderful secure walkway to the gorgeous beach. Parking pass process was awkward, and it would be nice to have beach chairs and umbrella for guest use.
