Affordable freshly renovated lovely 1700 sqf condo for your next vacation. Estrella del Mar is one of the best gated communities in El Cortecito, considered the safest area of Bavaro. Short walk (8-10 min) to the beach, 24 hrs security, 2 swimming pools, 2 BBQ areas, showers outside, reserved parking space, private WiFi, cable, telephone, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gift shops, beauty salon, hotels, casinos and much more.
The condo: hardwood, ceramic and granite countertops. On the lower level are: the fully equipped large kitchen with new appliances, elegant dining area with a Royal table (hardwood and natural stones) and AC, very well equipped laundry room and the living room with access to the balcony.
Upper level: you have to take the stairs to go there, but don't worry, it's safe trip. Once on the top, you see a large space for... we don't know what for exactly. The two doors are the doors of the bedrooms. Master bedroom with King bed and the guest room with two full beds. Master bedroom has access to the second balcony with a spectacular view. The two bedrooms have their own full large bathroom made of glass, ceramic, granite and amazing exotic hardwood, A/C and fans. Safe in the master bedroom. Dimmable lights for special atmosphere.

Summary: We celebrated Christmas at this condo and it was perfect. The two story condo allowed for everyone to have their own space and plenty of room to gather. We spent much of the week at the pool or on the condos two balconies. The access to the beach is an easy 5-6 minute walk. You go to the main road take a right and then a quick left down a private road to the beach. We walked there about everyday. There were chairs on the condo for the beach. The condo was well stocked and your first round of paper products are provided. There was also a 5 gallon water jug and laundry soap provided. To use the hot water, you flip a switch to turn the heater on. It only took 20-25 minutes to get piping hot water that lasted for three showers. There is an AC unit downstairs, and a central AC unit upstairs. Both sliding balcony doors have screens as well. Brenda and her assistant Marketto were readily available. Even thought we didn’t have any issues, we could get in touch with them quickly thru WhatsApp. Brenda knows everyone in town, so she was a great help. There is a WhatsApp number in the condo for Victor a great cab driver. He came quickly and when we wasn’t available he sent a buddy. Never an issue getting anything we needed! The condos internet worked well and the TV had plenty of options even got to see A Christmas Story! We used the transportation service Amstar and they stopped at the Jumbo on the way into town so we could buy groceries. There are a few restaurants in walking distance. I highly recommend the Di Vinci Italian restaurant in the RD68 hotel plaza at the corner. The resorts offer day passes for all inclusive, but we had more fun going to Jellyfish Beach Restaurant. There are friendly people all around Estrella Del Mar and the security guards were nice as well. We would definitely return to this condo!

Summary: This condo is very spasious for having friends or family members visiting.owners were very easy to reach and any and all problems were addressed right away our 4 month stay was stress free with no major problems . This condo was ideal for us .

Summary: I was there for Christmas with friends. This recently build beautiful condo offers much more than a 5 stars hotel. Everything you need, you have it. Exceptional quality furniture, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, real hard wood cabinets, fantastic views from the balconies and something very important for me -bug screens on all windows. The condo is very well situated, clean and secure. We had friends that booked a condo on the beach and kept complaining about the noise at night because that's where the beach bars and parties are at. So we got the best of both worlds. Don't be fooled by the map, this condo is really really close. The guards are friendly and helpful. There are two magnificent pools, big enough to swim. Restaurants, shops and the beach - everything on walking distance. The only problem is: I don’t have more time to stay longer, but I’ll be back. Christina, Montreal Stay: December 23-30, 2015

Summary: We stayed in this beautiful brand new penthouse for New Year 2014. It is a gorgeous place, just few minutes walking from one of the best beaches in the world. All the furnishings are top notch, brand new. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen, which we used to a lot to prepare nice meals. The beds are very comfortable, so is the sofa in the living room. It felt like we never left the conveniences of our home in the States. The condo is located in a very quiet neighborhood and has 24 hour security. We felt very safe walking to the beach and around. There are many small shops, restaurants and fruit stands around. We loved the fresh tropical fruits, which we bought almost every day. The beach is gorgeous and we loved the walk. The complex has two nice, clean pools, which I loved to dip into after long and hot day on the beach. Overall, great place to spend vacation. Highly recommended!!!
