Whether you come with your family, friends, significant other or alone, you are going to find that our charming apt in this beachfront complex with private beach access is the perfect place to spend some time in the white-sand beaches of Bavaro-Punta Cana. Equipped with all the essentials to guarantee maximum comfort and located only steps away from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, golf courses and other tourist attractions, our place is a gem in paradise.
The apartment is located within the Playa Turquesa Ocean Club complex, an exclusive and unique beachfront residential property that has private access to the beach. The complex boasts beautiful gardens, pools for adults and children, on-site parking, a reception lobby, a beachfront restaurant/bar and direct access to a small convenience store, a pharmacy and multiple restaurants. The complex is under constant surveillance and we have security personnel 24/7.
The apartment is is comprised of one master bedroom with a bathroom, a second bedroom that has access to a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer/dryer, a large living room and dining area, a dedicated workspace, and a beautiful covered terrace with pool view.
The rooms have comfortable king size beds, ceiling fans, reading lights and ample closet space that includes hangers. In addition, we have a safe box in which you can keep your valuables and only you'll know the code.
The kitchen has plenty counter space, is fully equipped with a water dispenser, coffee machine, gas stove, microwave and large refrigerator/freezer to make your stay comfortable.
The living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen size bed, a 55-inch flat-screen TV and it gets plenty of light during the day.
The dining area has a contemporary table that sits 6 comfortably.
The terrace is fully covered and it does not get direct exposure to sunlight; therefore, it's the perfect place to enjoy a bbq in the Charbroil grill or read a book while resting on our hammock...definitely our favorite part of the apartment!
***Electricity consumption is NOT INCLUDED in the price per night. You are responsible to pay for electricity consumption used during your stay.
You will be asked to leave a cash deposit for electricity consumption upon arrival. This deposit will be calculated based on the length of your stay, and we will communicate it with you when your booking is confirmed.
Upon arrival and departure, you will be shown the electricity meter reading, and upon check-out, the deposit will be applied towards the electricity consumption.

Summary: This was a very nice apartment in a secure complex with two swimming pools and walking distance to the beach. The complex is basically on the beach. They have a security guard so nobody enters from the beach right across the street from the entrance is a nice little restaurant and a cigar bar. I am sure there are many more restaurants within walking distance, but I did not venture very far because of my broken ankle. Because I had the broken ankle I was very happy to see that they had an elevator going to my second floor apartment. The guard and the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage up to the apartment. Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk spoke English French and Spanish. He was very polite and helpful. As I mentioned this complex is right on the beach and they have a small restaurant with food and drinks as well as seating on the beach.

Summary: The apartment is very nice, has everything from the description. Kitchen is well equipped, tupperware boxes came very handy to store fruit and leftovers. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine with the milk frother (brought our own capsules). The combination safe was very convenient. The washer in the apartment was great as well as the provided plastic drying rack. The building and the complex are very well maintained, the pools with loungers and shaded areas are comfortable, plenty of loungers on the beach. The sea-weed on the beach is cleared daily. Both the owner and the property manager are very easier to reach and pleasant to deal with. Any issue or concern that came up were resolved promptly.

Summary: Very open and cozy with the pool view the property managers were very friendly and helpful called me several times to make sure everything is going good and I thank them for that lots of restaurants and bar’s around and the beach is 2 minutes away and the access to the beach is from within the property Great place

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at Puerto Carnita! The condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed with modern furnishings. Spending time on the fabulous terrace was a highlight of our stay! The property amenities are also first rate and well cared for. If we had a question or specific need, it was quickly taken care of by Andre, or by Julie, the on-site property manager. There are a number of quality restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance of the property. There are also few large grocery stores that are easily accessible by cab or Uber. One caution would be that the noise from the bars can be a bit much at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to a future visit!

Summary: We would like to say that Andre is an incredible host. He is always there if you have questions and/or to help. The property manager is also very helpful and quick to respond. During our stay, we had issues with the air conditioning, and they had it fixed very fast. The apartment is nice and clean and everything in the condo is what you expect your house to be. You also have a lot of shade on the balcony throughout the entire day which is important because it can get very hot. The Playa Turquesa site is great; it’s very clean and secured. We would definitely recommend. It’s also walking distance from a few really good restaurants and a little market. There is also the Toc bar, located on Playa Turquesa’s beach. Drinks are great and people are very friendly. Only downside for us during our stay, there is very loud music coming from the restaurants right across the street. The location of this condo is very close to the restaurants and there was very loud music 3 times a week from 8-11pm and sometimes until 1am. Having a 2 year old didn’t make it easy for night time, as it was waking him up frequently and it was also waking us up sometimes. Overall, it was a great condo we would recommend.

Summary: I generally dont do reviews but I think this one is worth adding. Playa Turquesa is one of the best complexes you can stay in Bavaro-Punta Cana, it is secure, it has parking and centrally located to all. It has direct access to the beach with a private area that only its guests can enjoy. As far as Puerto Canita, this condo unit within Playa Turquesa Complex, I highly recommend it based on my experience. I was very impressed with all the details from the cleanliness to the small touches like having cooled water (you may be surprised, most units dont have this in PC). Andre and his wife are great hosts and Julie, the property manager, is exceptional. You will not regret staying here. The stay makes a difference on your overall vacation and Andre and team will make it a wonderful experience for you. Enjoy your stay at Puerto Canita!
