Summary: The host is an awesome communicator and it was very east to check in. Apartment is beautiful, comfy and spacious. Only issue was the street noise. If you sleep in the bigger room, make sure to bring earplugs for a better sleep.

Summary: This is an affordable, conveniently located place to stay in North Van. Close to all amenities close to sea bus and a bunch of lovely restaurants. I do, however, agree that entry to, and from the apartment was confusing, and not well conversed with that being said, once that was sorted, everything was as expected, and surprisingly had great view from the balcony would say again.

Summary: My sister and I stayed there for my best friends wedding. The host upgraded us to a 3 bedroom suite for free which was super nice! Check in and check out process was super easy. The suite was clean, had a really nice kitchen, cute little balcony. It's in a great spot close to the Quay Market, the Shipyards and so many nice restaurants. Great place to stay!

Summary: Per title 😃 Main downsides were people talk and party loudly outside liquor store right below. - Check in process is complicated but very doable - need greater clarity about use of key fob to scan it in places for the elevator and doorways, like from the car park. - Temps were only in the 70’s but the apt stays very warm with no air flow. 2 fans saved the day and sleeping with the patio door opened. Thus with all windows open, outside noise gets in. Beds comfy! Could use a bit more coffee filters and condiments supply for 4 ppl for 5 nights, 6 days. Great location for food and some marketing for produce, groceries and lots of restaurants, sea bus/ferry and bus lines!! Enjoy!!

Summary: Great property in a nice area. 5-10 min walk to Seabus and market. 3 min walk to grocery store. Very secure, quiet building. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We found the entire apartment to be lacking in cleanliness. Edges were all dirty. Beds were comfortable. No grab bars or shelves in the shower and shower floor slippery. Only place to put shampoo, soap,etc was the floor. Went to use fan and it was so dirty we put it back in the closet.

Summary: We had a great stay! The unit was comfortably equipped. The location was central to nearly every activity we desired and the SeaBus ride into Vancouver was great!!! The only drawback is the stuffiness in the bedrooms as the windows can only be opened a limited amount but there were fans. We would have appreciated a kitchen towel or two and the laundry detergent would not dispense in the washing machine ( yes we read the manual). But these minor things did not take away from our enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again!! Loved it!!!

Summary: Very comfortable. Two balconies. Well equipped. We had 4 stay, so it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. It is walking distance to many amenities. Nice neighborhood. We had a hiccup one day when the power company took down the power to the building to do work. It was an inconvenience, but the management made it right with us. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay. There is an extra charge for parking which I wasn't made aware of until the arrival day. Had some difficulty adding the payment. There seemed to be an issue with the VRBO app. Had to use PayPal directly to the manager to pay.
