1 Bedroom Condo in Orange Beach

Sugar Beach Condos are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Gulf Shores festivals, and beach activities. We also have an onsite snack beach bar available. Sugar Beach is an economical, family-oriented Orange Beach condominium complex. One of the areas most popular vacation destinations. We have four pools, a tennis court, covered parking and a large beach!
Our family has been taking care of vacationers to Alabama’s Gulf Coast for over 25 years. Sugar Beach Condos is probably the most family-oriented complex with so many fun amenities!
This unit is Gulf Side, not Gulf Front. You do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. Although you do not have a view of the gulf from your balcony, all you have to do is walk down the hall to the elevator -- down the elevator and you are on the beach!
This Sugar Beach unit sleeps 2 adults & 2 kids. It has a Queen Bed plus a Hide-A-Bed Sofa in motel-sized room. It has a full kitchen, bathroom & private balcony. This is a great budget-friendly way to enjoy a beach vacation. We, however, do not typically recommend these units for 4 adults or families with older children simply because of the lack of privacy and space.

Summary: This condo is very small, exactly as described in the listing. Perfect for a couple. The kitchen is big enough to make a meal and has the basic dishes you need. The check-in process was easy and exactly as described in the email I received. The owners were available if we needed anything.

Summary: The room was not clean. My definition of clean is I am not afraid to walk barefoot on the floors or touch the shower curtain. The pictures are misleading. You can't see the beach at all, only the street. I will definitely not rent this unit again.

Summary: We arrived and was able to get right in the condo. It was small but just as it was pictured. The owner was on site so when we needed anything he was there right away. The condo could use some updates such as paint and the ceiling needs fixed in spots that were falling. Other then that we would definitely stay again in the future with this owner as he has several other condos. This was our first time in Orange Beach Alabama and we loved it.

Summary: Sugar Beach Condo is conveniently on the beach and is minutes from all of the restaurants and shopping. I love that they have multiple pools, grills, & the Sugar Shack. The property manager, Don, made sure we had everything that we need and that we could call if we needed anything. We had a great time!

Summary: Our stay was great! Don was very helpful and he let us know that if we needed anything, just call him day or night. Our studio was a little dated but it has everything we needed. Full kitchen and bathroom. Ice cold AC, comfortable bed, TV, etc. The pools are nice and it's a short walk to the beach. The sugar shack has good food and beverages as well! All said, for $99/night we will come back again! The whole experience was awesome!

Summary: Don was wonderful! He called us on our way in to make sure we knew the process of checking in, we had to call him shortly after arriving because we lost the key and he responded quickly and was very very nice about the whole situation. Great location with beautiful beaches! We will return in the future!!
