Positive: This is just the type of small cabin that we enjoy finding. My wife has trouble sleeping so having a second bedroom is essential. LT's Lodge not only had a separate bedroom, but also a small 'game room' in addition to the combination living room/kitchen. So being able to find a quiet place was great! The hot water in the bathroom arrives very quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the utensils, flatware, and glassware that one would need. Upon our arrival on a cold and rainy evening, we discovered that the furnace was not heating properly as it was 55 degrees in the cabin. We reached out to the contact (the cabin is a part of the Vacasa service). When our troubleshooting failed to solve the issue, they suggested that we spend the first night of our five-night stay in a nearby hotel and they would reimburse us. While this sounds like something we didn't like (we didn't) the quality of service provided by our contact made up for the inconvenience. The next day, not only did a technician repair the furnace while we were enjoying our day at the Museum of Glass in Corning, three space heaters and two comforters were delivered to the cabin. Upon our return to the cabin after our day at the museum we were greeted by warm air and thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our time there. It was nice being out in the country, with only a 10 minute drive down to Corning.
Negative: As written above, the chilly cabin on our arrival was less than pleasant. But we all know that mechanical issues can happen. This situation was handled very well as quickly as was humanly possible. This is a small point: the curtains on the windows are not light blocking so the early morning light seeps into the bedrooms.

Positive: The home was nice, clean and comfortable. It was fully furnished and more than met our expectations. Centrally located to downtown Watkins Glenn and the local wineries.
Negative: If you arrive late as we did the porch was dark and difficult to see the lock keypad. Once you're in you can turn the porch light on. There was no wood for the fire pit. A larger pot coffee maker or Keurig would be helpful.

Positive: It's cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Barbecue and campfire in the evenings further enhanced our vacation. The location is very good. Fresh air and fireflies in the evening. Everything is just great.
Negative: Just one thing, garbage outside the house, needs to be cleaned.

Positive: The location was nice. It is about 20 minutes from Watkins Glen and it allows you to view the scenery on the ride. We went around Seneca lake, up to Geneva. Along with Cayuga Lake. We visited the glass museum in Corning, it was beautiful inside as well. The house itself was cozy, beautiful and neat.

Positive: The quiet perfect place just to get away and relax ,the cabin was homie and comfortable from unwinding outside by the fire pit or coffee in the morning as the wildlife starts to wake up,,my husband and I work hard 7 days a week sometimes from sun up to sun down and the was the best relaxing weekends we had getting away from our business/work
