Positive: Everything was above and behind our expectations. This is a true paradise and one of the most beautiful accommodation we have ever been to. Really nice and caring staff and also very good breakfast. One suggestion: don’t hesitate to book at least one night here, you won’t regret it!

Positive: The property was absolutely stunning! It has such an intimate and private feeling even though it is a small property. It’s nestled into a residential area in very easy walking distance of the main streets and several delicious restaurants. The bungalow we stayed in was so comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool area is perfect with a misting system to cool down the area, plenty of drinks to stay hydrated, and floats to use in the pool. The grounds are so perfectly maintained - a little oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The gardens and plantings around the property provide a lush feeling that enhance the architecture and ambiance of the property. They make such amazing use out of every little part of this small property to ensure all guests have a perfect balance and privacy and ability to enjoy the communal area. Finally, the staff is absolutely amazing! Alfredo, Ross, and the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay was perfect! They had wonderful dining recommendations and were so attentive while respecting their guests’ space. We had such a lovely time chatting with them and took several of their recommendations. We hope to be back for another stay soon!

Positive: Beautiful and cozy place with a lot of character. Quite, but close to the center of Palm Springs.The staff was great especially Alfredo. Such a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was awesome and totally unexpected.
Negative: The bed was a bit on the soft side ,but that’s a personal preference that I like a firmer bed .
Summary: This is a charming little hotel in the heart of downtown with great service and has a beautiful ambiance about it.

Positive: We were met by Alfredo on arrival and given a tour of the property and our bungalow (Blue Agave.) He provided helpful information about local restaurants, the neighbourhood, and even served us welcome cocktails which were delicious! The walled property is tucked away on a quiet street just a short walk (2 blocks) from the main downtown streets with shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. The hotel was very quiet and the grounds beautifully maintained. The buffet breakfast served out by the pool got us off to a good start every morning.
Negative: Nothing!
Summary: We would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing getaway in Palm Springs!

Positive: Our stay was absolutely wonderful -- we loved the villa, and so did our pup! We were greeted warmly on arrival, the house was very clean, and the shower was amazing. Also, breakfast options were great!
