Summary: The TV controls were terrible. Volume was too load, tried to reset controls and got bumped out of network, and could not get back in. Someone needs to reset before next guests arrive.Inside the room was nice. Outside needs a lot of repairs. Roof was trashy, old screen door on top, trees had a lot of dead wood.

Summary: We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the PS area but this one stands out. The location allows easy walking to the heart of downtown, same with the new art museum. Everything we needed; kitchenette, pool and quiet. Reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again.

Summary: This property is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood, but still just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and Museum of Art. The room had very comfortable bed, spacious closet, complete kitchenette, and nice size pool. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely come here again.
