Positive: Great coffee machine, excellent TV selection & good cooking equipment. It was nice that they provided some basic pantry items and also some convenience items (wine, pizza, beer) for purchase. The apartment was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the pool was fantastic! Also the owner is very kind and responsive.
Negative: The doors didn't always close between the rooms which made it hard to keep noise contained. The couch bed was also quite hard.
Summary: Everything that mattered was excellent.

Positive: Really well equipped and lovely appartment. Spacious, lots of light and had everything we needed (even tea, coffee etc). Bed was super comfy too :) Not far from the center of Paradiso and has lovely views. Host was a great communicator so access and check out were really smooth and straightforward
Negative: You need to go up quite a steep flight of stairs to get to appartment block- we found this quite hard work with a baby and may be challenging for others who are less able bodied

Positive: Very spacious, very clean, 3 min from Lugano Paradiso train station.
Negative: The accommodation does not provide Ticino Card, which provides significant discounts in the region. The owner never showed up, we saw once the very friendly cleaning lady, however who spoke only Italian. Some more things can be easily improved. Here is our recommendation to the owner: - add sockets next to the bed. Currently there is only one, used for the night lamp. The other bed side did not have easily accessible socket. - add description for WiFi network and password. It was sent in advance via Booking.com, however I did not have mobile internet access to read it. - add description regarding the swimming pool (open hours etc). There was some information, but only in Italian. - add description, where is sauna. We did not find it.
