Summary: Why would you close the pool already at 19.00. All normal hotels keep this open until atleast 21.00

Summary: We had the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The view is incredible and the suite is large with a big balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom. The place is well maintained and clean (other than the balcony which was a bit rough but the view made up for it). Breakfast was good and again the view from the restaurant was great. Parking is on site both outside and in a garage for a nominal fee. Paradiso train station is a 5 min walk (but up and down quite a few stairs). Most places were an easy walk so the location is great. Just keep in mind it is hilly so short walks can be tiring. Front desk was very helpful and helped plan things to do around the area. Great stay!

Summary: Bathroom was awful. I almost tripped and fell down. We wanted free standing shower and they didn’t have that. Receptionist had no clue about local attractions, places to see.

Summary: My Family and I came to stay in July. The hotel was very clean, and safe. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Came with two small children, so the indoor pool was attractive for them, however, exciting is an outdoor pool. Will utilize their spa and gym facilities, which were also good. Downside to the gym, is that there is no central air, therefore can get very stuffy running on the treadmill. No water is provided at the gym. Overall pleasant day.
