Summary: The location of the property is fantastic...near the heart of fifth avenue, but just far enough off of it to avoid most of the noise. The property is meticulously maintained, and the host does everything possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. The unit itself is well equipped and maintained. The host has people on site to address any needs that might arise. I can and do highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: Fantastic location, fantastic building, great onsite staff who are extremely helpful. There is parking for a rental car. The building is far enough away from 5th Ave. so noise isn’t a problem. I would absolutely come back to this apartment and recommend to all.

Summary: Beautiful place, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door would bring food and beverages to us when we were on the beach. Only thing we didn’t like was a group that had five children in total, they took over the pool area and were very loud. We spent those days on the beach. Once they left, it was absolutely much more relaxing, and quieter. We would love to stay here, but maybe a different time.

Summary: The location is amazing and right on the beach. It has a shared pool which overlooks the ocean. They do pickup the beach chairs fairly early I feel like (around 4ish). Just so you know you are super close to 5th Avenue and it gets loud at night with music and it is every night (at least when we visited around Easter). We use a sound machine but you could still hear it. Take some earplugs. The staff is very good at taking care of the place. We walked to Walmart a few times, Benito Juarez Avenue to eat, and there is a fruit stand located at Centro, 77710 Playa del Carmen which has fruit you can purchase or they have already cut up fruit that they will add yogurt, granola, and honey onto and it is so good. It is walking distance from the room. Also Ay Taco (Calle 8) is walking distance from this room and at the plaza near there every weekend they have vendors selling food and handmade items. The kids love the playground there also. Don’t miss La Espiga Panadería Centro which is roughly a 5 minute walk from the room. You can probably literally walk just about anywhere from this room. No shortage of food options, coffee, gelato, drinks. Amorino gelato is amazing. We even walked to Calle 38 which was a good trek from the room but still doable. The driver he recommends was able to help us out. You need to email with him just so you know. He can get someone to get you anywhere. A very safe area to stay and walk around. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Amazing location, you feel like ur on ur own mini resort. The beach club and restaurant next door comes by occasionally to get u food and drinks so you really get the resort vibe. loved that theres a washer and dryer. The location on 5th avenue is very convenient. AC in all the rooms work great. Staff and property manager are so welcoming and nice. The 24/7 security is a must and they have it!

Summary: Property was lovely and very secure. Everyone from the security, management and beach/pool attendant were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location with a great beach/ocean view and one block from 5th Avenue ( the main walking street).
