Positive: Very nice and equipped apartment, 2 bedrooms with 3 large beds. 3 bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped! Very close to 5 Avenida and swimming pool!
Negative: Unluckily we weren't able to use the free included parking located at -1 level because the entrance was too high for our low car

Positive: Close proximity to everything. Easy access to the building regardless of the time you reach in. Clean and spacious rooms. Jacuzzi and awesome pool. Appropriate amenities and a barbecue grill
Negative: The neighbors roosters the was a bit loud and the pool is great but would have been awesome with a heater

Positive: Great location and nice apartment with everything you need to cook etc.
Negative: I've stayed here before and usually it's a quiet building. This time it was Playa Del Carmen Carnaval at the nearby square and there was loud music till deep in the night. Even with noise cancelling headphones I couldn't sleep and the windows were vibrating from the bass. Should only be a problem if you book during Carnaval (usually end of February). There was a beautiful large bath tub, but not enough hot water to fill it. Halfway the water turned cold so I ended up boiling water on the stove to fill the bath. Not the best experience.

Positive: nice apartment in a good location close to everything. The built-in washer & dryer was really handy. The noise level from the city was reasonable and with the AC running you could barely notice it. We had no problems. Would stay here again.

Positive: Great location. Very short walk to Walmart and the beach. Restaurants everywhere. Also adjacent to the central town square where they had a night market and entertainment going on. Unit was large and clean. Loved the roof top pool. Management was very responsive to a request for more drinking water.
Negative: The storm blinds were a bit tough to operate and the appliances were ‘builders specs’ lol, but they did the job.
Summary: Hard to beat!

Positive: Location was central, not far from the bus station and the beach and the original downtown area where you can find more affordable food and lodging. I had to call management a few times and they responded right away, spoke fluently and took care of my needs. Kitchen has all you need for cooking and meals and then some, very modern appliances.
Negative: We are a little spoiled and miss american TV channels and news. We did get Netflix which had a some decent shows which we only watch at night anyway so all was good.
Summary: Nice condo, well equipped, comfy, and well-managed.

Positive: Close to everything we needed. Very clean and quiet apartment, fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. The owner always responded promptly to any questions we had. A plumbing leak under the bathroom sink that were found was fixed the same day.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect!
Summary: Lovely, comfortable and very centrally located apartment and close to everything we needed.
