This beautiful 4-story home offers a spacious and thoughtful layout designed for both comfort and style:
**First Floor:** Features a cozy bedroom with a private full-size bed and a full bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. The room also includes a dedicated work space to use as an office.
**Second Floor:** The heart of the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, open living room, large dining table, and a convenient half bath. Enjoy entertainment on the 65-inch TV and access to the balcony with patio furniture.
**Third Floor:** The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a futon, a Papasan chair, and two twin mattresses, with access to a private balcony perfect for relaxing. This room also has a full bathroom with a double shower and a large walk-in closet. There is also a third bedroom with its own private bathroom, ideal for added convenience and privacy. Additionally, this floor includes a smart and energy-efficient washer and dryer.
**Fourth Floor:** The rooftop deck is the perfect spot to unwind, furnished with patio seating and equipped with a grill—ideal for outdoor dining while enjoying the views of Downtown. Also includes a fire pit in the furnace room.
Our sleeping arrangements can sleep up to 2 adults per bed, there are 2 twin air mattress and 1 futon available in the master bedroom. Total of (9).
Our garage is currently off access and not available for guest access. There is parking for one vehicle across from home and plentiful secure street parking for any other vehicles.
