Positive: The apartment was nice and colorful and my kids loved the heart wall. And the view of the pool.
Negative: The parking was ridiculous. People literally bumper to bumper. I parked in the last spot on the block and someone parked behind me, a car sticking out from the corner and all. Thank God my husband was able to wiggle us out I almost had to call the cops to tow the car.

Positive: It was cozy and a rexlax environment it was quiet no loud neighbors or kids everything was cool if you want to just say a day or two... Just a side note make sure you get grocery items before you check in or after
Negative: Is that my other guest had to drive around the corner to smoke where the rules says that they can't smoke inside the building but it doesn't say anything about outside then it was damages to the walls in both of the rooms and one of the room celling fan had exposed wires and some of the items that was showed in the pictures was not even inside and feel like we was rushed to be out by 10am even though I asked to extend my stay and I didn't like the fact that I had to keep leaving out the place to receive my guest who was also listed as my other guest instead of them coming up on there own and I let them inside the suite and it said it was two queen beds in both rooms when booking we got there and it was one bed in both rooms and two queen size airbeds in the closet

Positive: Super cute apartment! The beds were comfy. Absolutely loved the decorations! Staff was very helpful and very friendly! Would stay here again!
Negative: Parking was hard at times, but that's street parking anywhere (lol). No complaints, really.

Positive: The apartment is comfortable and clean . The gym is well equipped, and my kids enjoyed spending time in the pool.
Negative: The check-in protocol is impossible to complete for people coming from outside of the USA without roaming. There's no internet access within the building, "wifi is only in the rooms," You can only access it after check-in, making it difficult to download their app and access our apartment .

Positive: Complex Lobby personnel were extremely friendly. Parking was fine. Location was fine. Decoration was interesting. The wall paint in the apartment was polarizing.
Negative: The showers were not in great shape. But I don't think I've been in any hotel either with perfectly functioning showers. Some of the decorations seemed out of place. The golden bath tub in the living room seems odd. The wall paint in the apartment was polarizing.
