The grand, two-story foyer of this newly constructed, professional-decorated home, welcomes you with custom paneling and beautiful wood floors throughout. The open concept living and dining room adjacent to the chefโ€™s kitchen feature stunning two-story vaulted ceiling with large, architectural windows, gas fireplace and a Sonos in-ceiling sound system. The second floor features an additional lounging area with 60-inch television and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. This gives large or multiple families the ability to have plenty of space to spread out to come together or have some alone time.
The outdoor areas invite relaxation on your private 12 x 14 back deck with a comfortable lounging area and a gas grill. The rear yard and garden spaces around the property are professionally landscaped, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee, afternoon appetizers, or just relaxing after a day at the beach. Summary: Absolutely spectacular stay at this Dewey Beach VRBO mansion! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious amenities and unbeatable location. The proximity to the beach as well as nearby restaurants/bars was perfect, just steps away, and having not one, but two gourmet kitchens made meals a breeze. The pool was a refreshing oasis after our mornings of the golf course, and the spacious layout of the home provided ample room for our group of friends. Overall, a dream vacation spot that exceeded all expectations. Can't wait to return!

Summary: The property was as advertised, beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. It was perfect for us and two other families - kids ages ranged from 12-23. Multiple gathering areas, and enough space to find some down-time. Lots of flexibility - walkable to downtown Dewey and the beach - and a quick Uber ride to Rehoboth or Bethany. We did encounter a plumbing issue that was quickly addressed by the owners as to minimize interruption to our stay. Would definitely rent here again!

Summary: This well-appointed, well-maintained large property with pool and private beach was just what we needed for our extended family to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. There were ample spaces for relaxing inside the house and outside on the several decks and patios. The uncrowded beach is a very short walk up the private road. The property manager and owners were responsive and friendly from booking through check-out.
