Summary: This property was very big and very nice and clean. Me and my group enjoyed all of the activities that you could do on property, there were days we thought about going to the beach but the house was more than better than a beach day.

Summary: 10 friends came to Miami for my 40th bday and this house was perfect for that! We had a blast in the yard. The weather wasn’t great one day and we just hung out and played all day!

Summary: Lots of space to have dinners, fun in the pool and play various sports out in the backyard! My friends and I had a ton of fun over the weekend! 17 of us slept very comfortably and the house was very clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text. Would stay here again!

Summary: The place had roaches and tiny bugs by the stove. I believe springtails. I even had some in the room that went into our luggage. The basketball court was in bad shape where you cant really play since the ground is all messed up. The pool chairs were broken. all the TV's other then the living wrong were not connected.

Summary: About a dozen of us stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The backyard is really special, pool, courts, etc. like in the photos. Soft linens and everything as advertised inside. When we asked for some more towels, some propane and some grill tools, those were all brought right away. Anne was very responsive.
