With full respect and care for your well-being, we’ve prepared a basic set of essentials to help you settle in smoothly. Please note that these items are provided once, for the first day of your stay — to ensure you have what you need upon arrival.
In each bathroom:
• 3–4 small bars of soap (14g each)
• 3 bottles of 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner (30ml each)
• 1 roll of toilet paper + 1 extra roll
In the kitchen:
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1–2 trash bags
• 4–5 dishwasher capsules
• Dishwashing liquid
For the remainder of your stay, please note that these supplies are not replenished. You’ll find nearby stores where you can easily purchase any additional items you may need.
- Early check-in: Dear guests, we offer early check-in upon request, subject to availability. The cost is $150.
- Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
- Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.
- Note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of the house. To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
- The guest should use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- The home may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions, of product and service.
- All Occupants who stay overnight, must be registered.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- Please be informed: there are active security cameras that monitor the outer perimeter of the property for your and your families safety.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
