Summary: This villa in center Pattaya is very beautifull with modern equipment and big spaces areas. The owner and staff are great and hepfull. We enjoyed with the full equiped kiitchen and the long swimming pool in tropical garden. In the street many grocery, restaurants, rental motorbike shop... We will come back for sure. Thanks to Nick and cleaning team.

Summary: Could do with some seating near bbq and outdoor shower for swimming pool. Beds a little hard. Owners fantastic in responding to any issues, fixed things immediately. If you want peace and quite this is a good villa for that.
