Summary: Accommodation is quite nice and is very close to (5 minutes walk) to Jometien bus station. To go to walking street and Central Festival is easy by Tuk Tuk for 10 bhat!

Summary: Did not have cable TV. Poor selection of channels and reception cut off when it rains due to using satellite TV. Curtains in Poor condition. No hot water in bathroom sink. Had to put up with construction noise almost every day from a remodeling of a condo 6 doors away.

Summary: This property is ideally situated in Jomtien. The main advantage is the closeness of the airport bus terminal - it is only 10 minutes walk (maximum) to Talay 1B. This is the most economical way to get from the airport at only 130 baht. At the end of the property's driveway is the main Pattaya to Jomtien road which is well-served by the numerous 'baht busses' - only 10 baht to either the beach or the city. There are so many businesses and services on-site so there is no need to leave the site if you don't want to. The apartment is well situated on the 9th floor with great views towards Pattaya and everything you need to make your stay complete is in the apartment including two new sun loungers. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Thanks Christian.

Summary: The property was really good value for the price. It does need a new sun lounger. Christian kept in touch which was good. No complaints, may be back next year.

Summary: So many great things about staying at this property that were not apparent when booking. Located on 9th floor, had daily views of rolling thunder, access to pool and outdoor fitness center, air conditioning, good solid wi-fi, several english premium channels, big comfortable bed, two-burner stove, full size fridge, and microwave. Also, located with great laundry on street level and numerous bars and restaurants. One star for check-in just because it was different, but the instructions from the property owner were clear. Very comfortable 15 day stay and will certainly consider it again my next time to Jomtien.
