Summary: Unfortunately we were disappointed in the level of professionalism and cleanliness when we stayed at this property. We confirmed an early check in when we first booked the property and management that it wouldn't be a problem. Not only were the dirty linens still there at 9pm (5 hours after regular check in) but also the garbage from the previous stay and a lack of firewood (which I specifically requested in advance as we planned on using Friday evening). Furthermore, the water tank in the home was not properly working during our stay (I assume it was due to the prior guests as well) and we were unable to shower our first night there. I kindly asked for a partial refund (as we were only there for 2 days) to make up for the inconveniences that we experienced and the owner was unwilling to admit the lack of professionalism and provide the requested refund.

Summary: We stayed here from July 20th-25th. The house appears just as it does online. It was very roomy and was able to accommodate our family of 15 people. The house was clean but could have been cleaned better than it was (cobwebs in numerous spots that had been there for a while, lots of dust on the ceiling fans, kitchen could have been cleaned better). We definitely had to do our own deep cleaning before feeling completely comfortable. There were several broken items that I had to report so that the owners would not think that my family had done them (tv, shower faucet, oven door). I called the site manager (Elizabeth) and she took care of the TV and shower situation immediately. She was very nice and responsive. Some areas of the house looked like work was started but not finished. There was a septic tank company that arrived without our knowledge that they would be coming which was a little concerning. On the day we were leaving the septic tank backed up and there was soiled and smelly water outside as a result. The house could use some updates and better interior decorating but overall it was a good stay.

Summary: A total of 9 people (6 adults and 3kids) had a very enjoyable stay at the property. There is plenty of room indoor as well as outdoors. The host was very accommodating , easy to reach and we'll responsive I would highly recommend looking at this property when planning a visit to poconos area . Will definitely keep this on my list to revisit in future

Summary: Great communication, everything accurately as described. Overall , it was an amazing weekend . The long walks in the night time observing the stars was breathtaking. I love the jacuzzi and everything was just so comfy . I felt very safe . My family loved it . We all made due with what he had . No complaints :) Would stay again
