Negative: Be careful with street parking, as I received two parking tickets. Could use upgrade on sofas. Very comfortable for the group of seven we had.

Positive: I stayed at the luxurious 5-bedroom house for two nights with my friends, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The check-in process was seamless, using a smart pin. Our room was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and stocked with enough amenities. The house facilities were excellent. We particularly enjoyed grilling and cooking, both of which were well-maintained. The location was perfect—just 1.5 miles from Union Station and the U.S. Capitol.
Negative: The floors needed more cleaning, as we had removed our shoes outside and weren’t wearing any slippers. Parking was a bit limited, so we had to park farther away than we would have liked.
