Summary: First class experience. Superbly equipped and maintained condo just a short walk from Broadway. Great space, floor to ceiling windows fill the rooms with light. Every appliance that one could need, all in perfect working condition. Tableware and cooking equipment like new. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture. Parking in the building, reachable a few steps through the ground floor lobby. Highly responsive, very friendly property managers. Overall, our experience beat our expectations by a wide margin.

Summary: Loved the property and overall location, but, the homeless encampment across the street made us feel very unsafe. We could not walk along the river or even use the balcony. We won’t stay here again. Not the property owners fault so very unfortunate.
