Summary: We had a wonderful time here! The condo is exactly as advertised: clean, modern, items in good condition. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials and the beds were super comfy. We enjoyed the terrace and the adjoining "hang out with Dolly" room when it was raining. The hosts were extremely responsive.

Summary: I would classify our days in the condo as "OK", but there were a few things to note. 1. Regardless of how close it looks on the map, Broadway is NOT walking distance, nor are most restaurants or businesses. This is in a very quiet residential setting off the worn path.2. The apartment is obviously managed by a company, and they communicate well and have things spelled out....almost to excess. The check-in process is what I consider a bit cumbersome....having to go through 2 keypad experiences to get into the apartment while your vehicle sits in the middle of the street (no parking) while you recover a parking pass for the garage. I guess it's a sign of the times, but a lot of running back and forth. You can also plan on numerous emails telling you how much lost keys and parking passes will cost you. Again, I guess that is a sign of the times.3. I'll admit we did NOT contact the management company about my next statement, so they did not have a chance to correct this, but one bathroom had a sink that was stopped up with a HUGE hairball that we pulled out of the drain, and the other bathroom had a stopped up tub that we did not try to remedy. I get it...this is going to happen in a rental, but there is no way the cleaning company wasn't aware of the problems if they halfway did their jobs, so we were pretty disappointed with that issue. Other than that, the apartment was clean and tidy, and it was pretty much as advertised.

Summary: The apartment and apartment building were clean and quiet. I like how the 2 bedrooms are split by the living/kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully stocked with good-quality dishes, utensils, etc. and the living area is very comfortable. I had a couple of questions before check-in and a couple of comments after check-out; Kurt was very responsive in both cases. I would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Had a very enjoyable stay! One thing I would mention is both bathrooms have rusting towel racks so didn’t want to hang a wet towel on if using again. Very helpful, detailed directions for check in & check out.

Summary: Check in process was straight forward. Property was exceptional including both bedrooms, open plan living area and balcony. Location was perfect. We left the car in the car park the whole time and walked in to Nashville each day. Had breakfast in the local coffee shops which was excellent too.
