Summary: This property is a beautiful and comfortable home. We truly enjoyed our New Years eve getaway. The host was very responsive and helpful. The one downside is that it is close to train tracks. So if you are a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. But we enjoyed the it so much that we will be considering staying here again for future trips to Greensboro.

Summary: Some have mentioned the train in other reviews. I found it to be a very city vibe and it didn’t bother me. Bring a white sound machine if you don’t like city sounds. Walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes, art gallery and shops. Super artsy, unique little side of town. Of course they had everything we could possibly need. I drive a Yukon XL and parked there with a little mindfulness. Other reviews mentioned the parking. We just backed in to make it easier. It’s snug but not impossible with one car. They had all memory foam pillows so if you don’t like that, bring your own. Beautiful place. You will be satisfied.
