Positive: The hotel decor, style, and service made this feel like a 4 star hotel. Onsite restaurant and bar. Breezeway from parking garage to hotel. Our room had 2 places for someone to sit. Modern styling and city view. Walking distance to theater. Quiet hours are posted.
Negative: The parking instructions and checking in were difficult. There are only 6 parking spots in the waiting area where you check in. If you go into the garage, the signs make it confusing on what guests are supposed to do. The bathroom was not plus size friendly - the door barely cleared the tiolet, and swing took up all avaliable space.

Positive: PERFECT location for attending events at Tanger Center across street. It is a bit pricey and parking is $18 per night but as 2 ladies traveling together it felt safe walking outside after dark.

Positive: The room was clean. The furniture was very comfortable and the bed was great. Great location being downtown Elm St.
Negative: Only complaint is having to pay for everything. Would have been nice to have something included in room and board, either parking, wifi or breakfast. Especially since there was no pool on the property.
