Summary: We loved our stay here! Check-in was a breeze. Treacy couldn’t have been nicer. She went out of her way to give us suggestions for restaurants in the area, and described what she liked about each of them. The condo was spotless. My sister actually laughed at how well stocked the condo was. We have never seen a rental that has literally thought of everything you might need. There was even a first aid kit in the bathroom vanity. There were abundant sheets, towels, washcloths, blankets. The chairs in the living room were loungers which we immediately took to. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in the shower. We didn’t cook here because we had many dinner plans, but the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. Also there was a Keurig and plenty of caffeinated coffee K-cups provided.Having never been here before, we had some concerns about the neighborhood. We came out for our niece’s wedding and asked her what she thought of it. She had lived in the area previously and said that it was very safe. We also found it to feel incredibly safe and walkable. Although we had a car rental and drove quite a bit to cover more ground, one day and evening we easily walked to the Old Town area where restaurants, bars and shops were located. We walked back in the dark and felt very comfortable and safe doing so.I have already recommended this condo to friends, and I would definitely stay here again. It was an amazing stay!

Summary: You can't beat this property! It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and was incredibly well-stocked. It is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. There was a problem with some equipment belonging to the cable provider, and the property manager responded quickly and even provided us with a restaurant gift card for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: STUPENDOUS!!! simply wonderful stay in Scottsdale. Karen was outstanding with service, attention to detail, and accommodations. If Scottsdale is your destination look no further. The place was immaculate, well stocked, clear instructions, convenient, and accessible. Street parking was a breeze, the courtyard provided a nice little oasis, the pool was crisp and clean, and we made the most amazing steak dinner on the well kept and clean grill. When we return to Scottsdale this will be our go-to place, no questions asked.

Summary: I chose this condo based on its perfect reviews and it didn’t disappoint! Super clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked with all things that make it just like home! Shopping, excellent eateries, art galleries and more walking distance in Old Town Scottsdale. The host is very responsive and cares about your stay!

Summary: I just returned home after spending two weeks at Ttreacy's property. I had an outstanding experience. In fact, I've been to at least a twenty VRBO and competitor properties in the past decade and this was the best of all. The furnishings, including the linens were upscale and quite comfortable. The three TV's and internet worked flawlessly, as did the high-end appliances. The unit was spotless and very well maintained. Treacy was extremely responsive and attentive. The location is great and the street parking was abundant and about 100 steps from the front door.
