1 Bedroom Cabin in Shreveport

A small but luxurious romantic cabin north of Shreveport, Louisiana located in the God's Country Resort which is located only minutes from downtown Shreveport's casinos and nightlife. The real log cabin features a luxurious air tub Jacuzzi inside the bedroom, a full kitchen with appliances, electric fireplace, recliners, and a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with modern vessel sinks, heated and lighted toilet seats with bidet functions. Each cabin has its own private concrete picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill. Each guest has access to our swimming pool year around, located just across the street from the cabin. Enjoy other amenities at the Resort, including jumping pillows, playgrounds, swings, and you can even rent a duck or swan paddle boat during your stay on one of our four ponds. Kids can enjoy activities such as our mining sleuth located in our CampStore along with peddle cart rentals and much more! Our owners are severely allergic to pets, so there is a strict no pet policy on all of our cabins and lodging.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay staff was nice and helpful. I was a little upset about a mix up in my checkin dates (no fault of Gods Country) but i had to pay an additional$142 for an extra day. I was pretty disappointed until I discovered the toilet seat had a built in warmer. Omg. Tht literally melted my worries away. I love it. Will definitely stay again

Summary: I brought my 4 and 5 year old daughters, and this was the absolute best place to stay with them! Super nice with plenty of things to do for the kids!

Summary: Our stay was amazing!!! Quiet little cabin just as we looked forward too. The only recommendation is we wish a couple of lamps could have been added to avoid the bright interior lights at night

Summary: We loved our stay in the Cabin! It was very peaceful & serene! We were celebrating our 24th Anniversary & we take a big trip every summer to the Caribbean, but in December we usually stay at an adorable B & B owned by a Precious Couple! I though it’d be fun to try to find a cabin & other than the extreme rudeness of the owner we had an amazing experience!! Granted we checked in after 5 so the “office” was closed but when we got there & realized we had no cell service at all we panicked a little (in case family tried to reach us in an emergency) later we found out our text were going through just not phone service. We asked the owner (at 8:30) (who lives on the property if we could have an extra blanket, which one would assume would be in the closet) & when he came banging on our door to explain it was after hours but he would see what he could do, my husband mentioned he might let future guest know that T-Mobile does not work in that area! He started laughing & asked my husband if he was drunk?!?!😡 My husband is a recovering alcoholic who has been sober 3 years & it was a slap in the face & so inappropriate!!!! Not to mention he said well, only the poor people up here have T-Mobile (which is ridiculous considering it’s one of the highest plans around🙄) We were by no means saying it was his fault we didn’t have service simply that it might be a nice thing to let others know! All of that said~not only did we like the cabin very much & had a Wonderful time ~ we even told our friends who were considering booking there for there anniversary we thought they would love it! We just feel Danny should take a “sensitivity class” 🤷‍♀️on how you treat guest or human beings in general! I have used this site Many times & have always loved the accommodations (and till this time😂have always had an excellent rapport with the owners) Sincerely, Susan Dunham

Summary: So incredible Thankful for the owner!! Small little toilet issue that was fixed at almost midnight with a simple text to owner and fresh new towel in the morning! Beautiful cabin and perfect for our weekend at Holly Hill horse show! We will be back!!
