Summary: We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette, and it was perfect to accommodate a big group. There was 15 of us. Everyone had a mattress to sleep on whether it was an actual bed or mattress on the floor, which were stowed away in the closets. The host was so easy to communicate with, checkin was easy, and the place was super clean. House is in Brighton in a very safe area. We were only a 15 minute Uber into everything Boston. We very much enjoyed our time here!

Summary: Stayed here to celebrate a special occasion and this property was perfect. My friends, mom sisters and I were so pleased with all aspects of the home and it was a lot bigger then we pictured. Very clean and spacious, air mattresses were actually actual mattresses which my friends appreciated ALOT more. Bathrooms are spacious and comfortable, kitchen island is the perfect spot to gather. My only request would be a bigger couch/better seating in the living room, other than that our expectations were exceeded.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay for a week in mid-July. The host was very responsive to a couple questions/needs we had. Never had quicker response from a host before, and we’ve stayed at many rentals. The home was very clean, and while there was a bit of an issue with cooling the house properly as per other reviews, the host had a heating/cooling company come out to work on it. I have 2 recommendations for the host: 1. More substantial furniture is needed in the living room. One small sofa and two small chairs is not enough to get comfortable with friends and family. Maybe a couple larger sofas and 1-2 decent chairs. 2. Get a lock for the service door into the house from the garage. For future guests, if you need all 4 bedrooms, please bring ear plugs and maybe an eye mask for the first floor bedroom. Directly outside of the bedroom window was a busy city bus stop, on a busy road that was very well-lit. All-in-all we enjoyed our stay, and the proximity to downtown was perfect for us. 10 minutes outside the city was close enough! Thanks!

Summary: Pictures do not do this place justice. Every room was so nice, and the whole group loved staying here. It's in a wonderful location, and has a ton of space. The host was extremely responsive. We could not have asked for better! Highly recommend!

Summary: Very cool townhome in great Oak Square location. Close to restaurants, bars, Fenway Park, & Boston College. Good place for groups and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Lovely home and space! Some minor wear and tear around but it did not impact our stay at all. The 4th floor did not have working AC and it was a crazy hot weekend, so that wasn't ideal. Other than that, we had a great stay!
