Summary: Spotless room, nice late checkout (noon) and super helpful staff. Also, the proximity to Harvard Kennedy School was a big plus in the fierce winter weather. Polite and helpful doormen and easy access to taxis for the (nearby) airport. Couldn't wish for more.
