If your looking for a remarkable vacation experience in the Riviera Maya, You found it !!!
The Riviera Maya is one of the most beautiful paradises in Mexico, approximately 65 minutes south from Cancun. Our condo is located in a safe and secure gated community 24/7 within the huge Grand Bahia Principe Golf development which consists of four 5 Star resort hotels that you will have ACCESS to all the resorted amenities Bahia Principe has to offer including 7 georgeous pools, daily activities, endless amounts of prestine beaches with plenty of loungers to soak up the sun and go for a dip. There is a private beach club (Kay Beach Club) which is exclusive for owners and guests right on the beach which has a restaurant and loungers. From our condo, a shuttle (listed in the pictures) runs approximately every 20 minutes to and from the resort from 8am to 4pm and among the hotels until midnight. We do recommend a rental car but is not necessary to access the surrounding areas and excursions such as,
XEL-HA. 5 minutes
AKUMAL 5 minutes
XPUHA. 10 minutes
TULUM. 15 minutes
PLAYA DEL CARMEN. 25 minutes
XCARET. 35. minutes
COBA. 45 minutes
A little about our Luxury 1 bedroom condo (Terrazas D-8) It is 895sq ft and is tastefully decorated with everything you need including, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, linens, etc. To help enjoy your holiday. The master bedroom has a Luxury firm king size bed, bathroom and plenty of storage. The living room has a comfortable couch that easily converts into a Queen size bed, beautiful granite kitchen, electric stove, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, 50" Smart TV, with a streaming box for live TV, movies, and your favorite TV series. Programmable for any language. Hi-Speed Wifi, living room and bedroom have there own quiet air conditioner's. The outside patio has table and chairs on a 180sq ft deck overlooking the best views of the common area , golf course, and delightful pool. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access and free parking. Facing the 7th hole of the magnificent Riviera Maya Golf Club, high enough to get the ocean breezes rolling through the condo.
One of the best features of renting our condo , you will have the option to purchase an All-inclusive bracelet for the days you just want to hang out around the resort for a discounted rate which would include unlimited alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages and as much as you can eat at the 9 restaurants (buffet style) and 12 bars offered throughout the Bahia Principe Resort. Pricing listed below.
If golf is on your "to do list" Guests who book there holiday through us are entitled to a discount. Which range from $45 USD to $150 USD depending on the time of year. The PGA Riviera Maya Golf Club designed by Robert Trent Jones || is an exquisite and challenging 27 hole ( PGA Style) golf course. The grounds are manicured to perfection. Each hole has magnificent views and an abundance of friendly wildlife. Golf carts are equipped with GPS. Trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised !!!

They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Summary: We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! The condo is lovely and well-equipped. Great pool and other amenities. Communication was excellent both with Al, the owner, beforehand and with the property managers once we were there. We couldn't have asked for more attentive host/property managers. Summary: It's a beautiful property; the apartment was clean, new, plenty of amenities; everything was working, kitchen stove, air fryer, sink, refrigerator, tv, AC, except the rainfall shower, it needs to be replaced.

Summary: The property was easy to find and in a very lovely and quiet part of the resort. Perfect golf getaway but also offers the option to go use the beaches with an easy shuttle ride. No complaints and would / will most likely stay there again!

Summary: We spent a month at this condo and had an excellent experience. The one-bedroom condo is beautifully clean, new and spacious with a nice big deck overlooking a gorgeous pool which we often had to ourselves. There is a good gym right there as well. As advertised, you can stay here and feel pleasantly removed from the giant Bahia resort but still take advantages of all, or most, it has to offer. The condo itself is very comfortable and we did most of our own cooking. The owners are new to VRBO but very, very responsive to any questions or concerns and the property managers (nearby) are also extremely responsive - all very friendly and welcoming. They are developing a guide for renters which will be handy. The complex is a bit of a distance from grocery shops and we chose not to have a car but it was easy to take collectivos and taxis. Las Terrazas was an almost perfect place to stay for us and I would highly recommend it.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this amazing property for 5 nights, and we enjoyed every minute of it! The location is stunning and there is something for everyone to do. The condo is located within The Bahia Principe, which is a gigantic, fun-filled, action-packed resort with all-inclusive food and drinks, beautiful beaches and pools, and activities for all ages. Staying in the condo was a perfect mixture of fun in the resort, while also having the comfort of a well-appointed home to relax in after a long day in the sun. It was a pleasure to interact with the owner, Al, who was very flexible and accommodating. We recommend this property to everyone, as we will definitely be going back!
