Our 3 BR/2 Bath condo has it all! Steam shower, 6 ft soaking tub with rain faucet shower head. Travertine marble bathroom and vanity with dual sinks. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 6 burner stove adorn this chef's kitchen. Upper and lower level living areas include reclining sectional sofas, wall mounted large screen TV's with surround sound an and electric fireplace **NEW - We recently purchased a 65 inch smart TV for our downstairs den** Sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. 2 upstairs bedrooms each with queen bed. Lower level master bedroom with king bed, and living area that sleeps an additional 2 guests. 2 outdoor decks with a view of the Minerals Golf Course. Enjoy Mountain Creek Water Park or a round of golf at one of the several award winning courses. This place has it all!
COVID and Minerals Resort:
Minerals resort is a luxury hotel that is a half mile from our condo. Prior to the pandemic, they allowed day pass purchasing for day visitors. Due to covid, they have changed the way their resort operates and will not be allowing guest passes or visitors during this time, only hotel guests may use their facility now.
The small great gorge community pool is not available either, only for residents now due to covid. This is a very uncertain time for travel, so we suggest reaching out to the activities you'd like to engage in (like spas, waterpark, mountain biking etc) ahead of travel prior to booking and setting up back up plans for activities that can be done in this phase.
For amazing outdoor activities we suggest checking out some of our incredible lakes and national parks in the area. We have a few gorgeous lakes such as wawayanda, high point, and highland lakes. Wawayanda and high point have swimming areas (contact for covid updates) and Greenwood lake is also beautiful. Both Wawayanda and Greenwood lake have kayak rentals (contact them for latest updates). We also are near the appalachian trail, beautiful farms like pennings, and Dingman Falls - a stunning waterfall - is roughly a half hour away. In our community we have a golf course.

Our Condo is a TOP PICK for WEDDINGS (We frequently host the family of the bride/groom for Minerals, Grand Cascades, Mountain Top and Ballyowen Weddings). Our wedding party guests find the condo to be warm, luxurious, spacious, clean, with tons of amenities to make a wedding weekend with family as special as possible. Since our unit has a ground floor entrance, and not many steps to the first floor - it's great pick for those with elderly relatives (It is not a wheelchair accessible). We also have a carpeted regular staircase (as opposed to a spiral staircase - which many of the other great gorge units have).
NOTE: We are pet friendly - a cleaning fee may be assessed per pet.

Summary: The house needs some TLC, listing not as described Upstairs sectional is actually downstairs so downstairs does not have pull outs, upstairs does but you can’t open both not enough roomWe couldn’t use the washer the button is broken, host did not respond when messaged about it.Outside light doesn’t work for entrance so dangerously dark when coming home at night. Light in downstairs bathroom broken , tv in upstairs bedroom didn’t work, button on dishwasher broken had to read manual to figure out how to uses it, water is not hot for showers, . This house has a great set up and with some more attention and care could be a gem.

Summary: When we first arrived we had difficulty checking in, the owners did not notify the management office that we would be staying the weekend and then did not answer when they called to verify, it took many calls and about an hour of frustration to get in. Once we did get in the condo was 50 degrees and freezing. CO/smoke detectors were beeping due to low batteries, only half the fixtures in the entire condo had lights bulbs or functioned, the front door light did not work so there were no exterior lights for safety, electrical outlets sticking out of walls, washer was riddled with mold and the start button was broken, the dryer had no knob to choose a setting, only one roll of toilet paper for the two bathrooms on separate floors, kitchen sink sprayer didn’t work, WiFi was very spotty, no sleeper couches in lower level as stated in the booking, and no garbage bags The photos online look beautiful and are extremely misleading.

Summary: When you arrive you walk into an old looking home absolutely NOT luxuary dont be fooled by the deceptive advertisement. The washing machiene is unusable and thats not all. The dryer is missing a knob must turn it with extreme difficulty washer broken fleas in couch

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There was plenty of space for us to hang out and sleep. We used the kitchen a lot and for the most part it was well equipped. We could have used more things like larger bowls to mix things or for chips. The downstairs bathroom shower could also use a curtain so that the water doesn’t get everywhere. The condo was easy to find and check in. The owner reached out to make sure we were good which was nice. Overall our family was happy with the unit
