4 Bedroom Villa in Casal do Pardo

Casa Oliveira is situated in a stunning and private location on a hill-top and has several sun terraces offering panoramic views towards the Atlantic Ocean and across the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto
Inside, the views continue as each room has floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and is comfortably stylish and a great deal of thought has been given to the guests enjoyment with the choice and quality and comfort of the furnishings.
The main entrance opens onto an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area to comfortably seat eight. Patio doors lead from the inside dining area to a glass panelled outside dining area perfect for eating outside in cooler weather. The dining area leads through to a large lounge area well furnished, also with the benefit of a TV and sound system, books and games. There is a wood burning fire if you choose a winter vacation. The doors in this room also open onto a large sun terrace facing towards the bay.
There are stairs leading down to the second lounge/games room. Here you will find a large lounge area with TV, X-box consoles, table tennis table and several other games.
Leading off of this room is the laundry room with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
There is also a shower room which supports the pool, includes WC and hand basin.
There are three sets of patio doors, leading directly to the pool and the outside barbeque, another large sun terrace and the spacious gardens.
The fourth bedroom, which is also on the ground floor, has beautiful views over the pool area and toward the hills, there is a large storage/dressing area and a large en suite bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower, bidet and hand basin.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite shower and separate bath, twin sinks, WC and bidet. The bathroom and the bedroom both have a large picture window to the side view of the house, overlooking the pool and patio doors to the side which open onto a large patio area (shared with the two twin rooms on this floor) with fantastic views to the bay. There is a king sized bed and ample wardrobe space.
There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor, both with patio doors opening onto the patio, both with ample wardrobe space.
All bedrooms have electric shutters and the finest quality mattresses especially chosen for their large size and extreme comfort which is enhanced by the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen.
Towels for use inside the villa are provided.
The final room on this floor is a shower room with large walk in shower, bidet, wc and hand basin.
Please note the villa is strictly non-smoking in all internal areas.
It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles at the villa.

Summary: We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning villa and can’t recommend it highly enough! The villa, with its four spacious bedrooms, is not only beautifully decorated but also immaculately clean and well-maintained. The serene and quiet location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet it’s still conveniently located. The pool area is fantastic – we spent a lot of time there enjoying the peaceful surroundings. However, the true highlight of this property is the breathtaking view of the sea. Watching the sunsets every evening from the terrace was a magical experience that we’ll cherish forever. The modern amenities added a nice touch to our stay. Communication with Peter and Denise, the owners, was seamless and straightforward. They were always available and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Summary: We stayed 11 Days at this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was huge, exactly like the pictures suggest and clean. Very quiet place, except for some barking dogs, but thats alright. Pool was awesome, always had the right temperature. Logistics are very good. We gad no problem to get anywhere. We can really recomend this place!

Summary: This is a stunning property with the most amazing views. My only reservation is that it has no air conditioning nor bug screens on the patio doors. The villa is surrounded by countryside greenery and therefore there are quite a lot of flies as a result. We found that if we left the doors open to try to stay cool, we were giving them a free invitation. To make the property just perfect in every way, either air con or screens would do the trick as it’s a beautiful spot.

Summary: The Villa was perfect for us as a family of 6. You are at the top of a hill so proving stunning views of the area/town all around. Car is essential for property as nothing really in walking distance.

Summary: We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. We had everything we could possibly wish for with the pool and table tennis table being the highlights! Being a family of 6 adults, we really appreciated all the space, both indoors and outdoors so we never felt on top of each other. The beds were also super-comfy. One very minor downside was that the wifi downstairs wasn’t reliable but that couldn’t detract from a fabulous two weeks. Thank you, Paul and Denise!

Summary: The views are better than the pictures! We enjoyed our week stay very much at this property taking advantage of the peaceful location, clean pool, outdoor grill area and balcony and open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked for our many meals at the house which included a few leftover Tupperware’s, plenty of utensils, cups, plates and cooking dishes. The location Is ideal being less than hour drive to many areas for day trips (Sintra, Nazare, Fátima, Batalha, Peniche). We have no complaints on this property-highly recommend.

Summary: As Vrbo is not working properly for me, I can't answer all the questions. The headings for the questions are not visible, so I'm just giving it 5 stars across the board. The only reason cleanliness (only heading I caught) was 4 stars was because we were the first guests of the season and there were some dust bunnies and salt crystals on the dishes. We didn't know what it was and had to have it identified. That said, we had a wonderful stay at the villa. The home is truly beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and has the most amazing view. The sunsets were beautiful. The beds are so comfortable, I wish I could have taken it home with us. There were six of us, all family, with no young children. We did find the walls a little thin, but that was fine. The location was excellent for seeing the silver coast and central Portugal. The drive to Lisbon wasn't that bad, but Porto made for a long day - well worth it. We found wonderful restaurants close to the villa (especially Solar dos Amigos) and and the Pingo supermarket in Tornado was not that far a drive. Everyone in our party would highly recommend this villa. The only suggestion we would have for Paul - who was very helpful, is, when your first quests of the season are arriving in February, after a cold snap, it would have been nice to have had the windows closed and the heat in the primary rooms turned on, so that we were not uncomfortable for several hours. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
