This luxury townhome is in a gated community steps from the famed boardwalk and beach of Seaside Heights! It has everything you need for an amazing vacation down the shore. The unit boasts 4 bedrooms—each with a full ensuite bathroom—along with a half bath, two-car garage, and ocean views. The safe and exclusive gated complex features an in-ground heated pool and hot tub.
The main living area has gleaming hardwood floors, plenty of seating, and a smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and loads of storage. There are balconies on the front and back of three of the floors. The ones in the front have amazing ocean views while the ones in the back look upon the private courtyard with the pool. The ocean can also be seen from the large, private rooftop deck, along with views of the bay, pool, Ferris wheel, and weekly fireworks. A private elevator makes it super easy to enjoy all five floors of this fabulous townhome. High-speed 500 Mbps Internet is included.
This home is at the heart of the Jersey shore and is steps from numerous attractions, dozens of restaurants, and the beach. Walking to unlimited entertainment is super convenient. One block away from Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach, and miniature golf. A full schedule of Seaside Heights entertainment includes weekly fireworks (visible from rooftop deck!), free concerts, tribute band concerts, movies on the beach, beach bonfires, kite festivals, and much more.
Included with this property are countless conveniences: linens and bedding for all beds, 8 beach passes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and toys, a beach cart, arcade console, cooler, washer/dryer, and bonus first-floor shower. Just come and enjoy!
The pool and elevator are not guaranteed amenities and are subject to closure due to weather or maintenance.

Summary: From the location.. to the condo.. to the owners.. everything was amazing. The condo has everything you need including all the beach gear.. and it’s all nice in perfect shape.. The place was spotless. The owner could not have been more helpful. I really can’t say enough good things.. it’s a 5 of 5 stars and I would recommend the place and people to everyone!

Summary: huge condo a 30 second walk to the boardwalk and beach! comes with beach badges, parking, a pool and hot tub, really comfortable rooms, enough space for all of us. It was 3 adults (my mom, me and my sister) our kids and their friends. The kids loved it, they had their own floor. We had a seafood boil that we took up the elevator to the top floor deck and watched the ocean. We had front row seats from the top deck of the July 4th Fireworks. Awesome location, great communication, very memorable vacation, definitely recommend!
