Positive: The villa was finished to a high standard, pool and gardens are beautiful with stunning views. Kalkan is hilly and this is positioned on a hill but the walk into town is only around 20 mins. Returning uphill can be challenging if not fully able. However, we all loved it. The owner, Yaşar was very friendly and helpful. He was always available to ask questions and always answered promptly and thoroughly.
Summary: Kalkan is beautiful, villa is great, Yaşar very helpful and friendly. Unforgettable views from the infinity pool.

Positive: We were a party of 10 in this amazing villa. The photos do not do this villa justice it is huge and would recommend it very highly . The pool and terrace have fantastic views overlooking Kalkan and the mountains with plenty of sun beds and seating areas . The owner Yasar is on hand to help with plenty of local restaurants and boat trips .
Negative: There is nothing to find fault
Summary: Kalkan is a beautiful town and this is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in . Perfect for two families to share

Positive: beautiful modern property with en-suites to every room - pool was great - didn’t use second indoor pool - views were outstanding, great outdoor seating - owner really helpful with local information
Negative: nothing not to like - we were spoilt for most of our trip as no one in adjacent villa - there’s lots of steps - not a problem for us but may be a challenge for older/less able families.

Positive: The villa was every bit as nice as it looked in the pictures with fantastic views over the bay. It's also pretty private, there are other properties on both sides but you don't get direct line of sight to them from most rooms and parts of the pool area. The host was very responsive and friendly and made arrangements to accommodate our middle of the night arrival and departure. All the facilities were in working order and clean. Well equipped kitchen and a wood/coal burning bbq were really nice as we cooked most of our meals there. There's a bbq-galore type of shop at the bottom of the street that leads to the village and a few shops with fresh meat/vegetables/bread a stone throw from it.
Negative: Nothing major just a couple of minor points. The last stretch of the road to the villa is unpaved and unlit and the location can be challenging to find in your navigator, so plan well. There's a ping pong table but no balls or paddles, I would have brought my own if I knew. You are going to need shampoo and some other toiletries for every bathroom, which is a little annoying but the supermarket is 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes walk. It has little to do with the villa itself but just be aware that on some nights there's very loud music being played at some place in the village. And I mean _very_ loud. Don't plan on having a quiet time before 11ish.
