There is the grand foyer and to the left an open living area with a 55' flat screen smartTV and a sofa sleeper for additional guests, it is the perfect spot to entertain old and new friends. Across from the living area is a dining area that comfortably seats six directly across from the updated kitchen. The gourmet kitchen allows cooks to indulge in their passion with granite countertops, a large island, additional bar seating for two, and new Viking and Bosch top-of-the-line appliances. There is also a half bath on the first floor for guests and family.
Upstairs through the beautiful and elegant curved staircase, there are two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a comfy seating area, built-in bookcases, and a 55’ flat screen smartTV to enjoy your favorite show or movie. The private primary bath features marble floors and a large glass-enclosed rain shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full hall bath. Both bedrooms include access to the open-air balcony porch, complete with a sofa lounger and Adirondack seating for all it is the perfect spot to enjoy afternoons and evenings under the stars.
