Home Details: Let us welcome you back to Beach Haven, masterfully renovated in 2022 with all new bathrooms, kitchen, outside decks/shower, etc. Located in Seaside and just 5 houses from the beach on Robertโ€™s Way. Beach Haven is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath cottage that lives large with a sleeping loft, private porches and amazing tower views. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch or take a quiet stroll along Seasideโ€™s Rosewalk just out your front door. Guests are greeted by reserved parking space, a new brick courtyard with BBQ grill and two complimentary bikes. The best outdoor shower in Seaside is also just outside your back porch door! This updated outdoor shower includes hot and cold water and is completely private.
Upstairs is an open two-story living room, dining area, and laundry with updated half bath. Open the double doors off the living room to a large porch perfect for enjoying Seaside evenings. The new kitchen has a six-burner gas stove/oven, quartz countertops, etc.
Up the carpeted spiral staircase is a loft with twin beds and views of the gulf. Then it is onto to the best views in the house โ€“ from your own private tower/deck. Watch the sun rise or set over the town of Seaside from the best seat in the house. Count down the ringing of the sunset bell at Bud & Alleyโ€™s! Come for a long weekend or stay for a week โ€“ make Beach Haven your special place!

Accommodations: (sleeps 6)
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: KING (as of March 2025) master bedroom with dual closets and new ensuite shower. This room has direct access to a new LARGE, completely private outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom and newly remodeled hall bath with shower
Second Floor: Open 2 story great room with access to the improved outdoor seating area overlooking Rosewalk gardens. Fully stocked Kitchen with new appliances and quartz countertops
Third Floor:
Bedroom (loft) 3: Up the spiral staircase are 2 Twin beds. From here you can access the new and enlarged viewing tower!
IMPORTANT DETAILS
**There is an additional cost to use the 3 pools and fitness center in Seaside. This charge is optional with Sandpiper Vacation Rentals. The cost for this cottage is $56/day. Please alert us after booking should you wish to add the "Seaside Amenity Passes" to your reservation. Seaside requires the passes to be purchased for the entirety of your stay when ordered.
*Additional fees are required to reserve Pickleball and Tennis courts paid directly to the Seaside amenity Center.

Summary: This property is part of a cute little neighborhood that is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk down the road. The house was cute and very clean. Our only regret is that we didnโ€™t stay longer!

Summary: The house is on a nice quiet street right at the edge of town. It's a short walk from two beach access points and was very convenient to the rest of town. The house is very cozy and nicely laid out for a small family. We loved the mid-level deck and the views on the roof deck were beautiful. The only issue was the grill grate was very rusty and we could not use it. All in all, we'd definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great location short walk to the beach and town center. Private beach access with gate code and wrist bands required. The widow walk on top of the cottage has amazing views at sunset. Having two bikes was nice outside the front door. We paid for the pool and fitness passes but never went to them, just enjoyed the beach. We made memories we will cherish. Seaside did not disappoint.
