Summary: I found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The property owner kept in touch throughout my time always making sure that everything was OK. Owner also provided information about nearby restaurants and supermarkets. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location of the property was near everything that we were interested in checking out i.e. downtown Madrid, and the outlying cities of Toledo, Segovia, Avila, etc..

Summary: This was a great place like home!! Super clean!! And everything you need is there!! Location was great, we had a car but also enjoyed the very closed and convinient Bus stop!! Will recommend to anyone who loves a clean and pleasant environment while traveling. Carlos was always available and concern.. will definitely comeback!!

Summary: This apartment was inexpensive and well located for those with a car. The apartment came with free parking in the garage below the building. The concierge was friendly and as helpful as possible but did not speak any English. Fortunately one of our party spoke passable Spanish or we might have had difficulty checking in. The apartment was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay as we explored Madrid and surrounding cities. The apartment has a smaller kitchen than may be evident from the pictures, no more than one person could be in the kitchen at a time and cooking more than one thing at a time was difficult. Also it was not evident the dining room is part of the second bedroom. Some relevant items that might have been helpful such as salt, pepper, sugar, hand soap, etc. A hair dryer was also absent. It was several blocks to the nearest market and subway station. Since we like walking and the weather was nice we did not mind but others might find this inconvenient. One final note, the apartment building is on a one way street that google maps thinks is two way. Be careful if you use Google Maps to navigate to the apartment.
