Luxury apartment(renovated 2015) with panoramic views of sea, beach promenade and mountains. Very close to the beach (80m). Very intensive cleaning and sterilisation as well we use UV light in all rooms for that COVID-19 has no chance.

Approximately 45 km from the Málaga Airport, located in the center of Torre del Mar with all shops for daily needs and many different bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Only 80m away from the beach promenade. At the 9th floor.

Summary: Katja and Helmut went above and beyond to help keep us safe and comfortable during the corona virus crisis. When we were concerned that we might get stranded with no place to stay, they assured us we could remain in their apartment as long as necessary. When we needed to leave for the airport rather abruptly, they gave us a ride and provided masks, gloves, and sanitizer to use while traveling. It was very important to us to have so much support, as we were on our own in another country at a very difficult period. We are very appreciative of the help we received from Katja and Helmut and can think of no better testimony of how great they are as hosts. It also happens that their perfectly located apartment is beautiful and comfortable, to the point we would have been happy to ride out the storm right there (especially considering the incredible view of the Mediterranean from the balcony) if events had not changed so quickly and drastically.

Summary: The owners welcomed us with gifts and a tour of the property so we knew how everything worked. Helmut even came and with amazing skill fixed the TV so we could watch our favourite English programmes. When it rained Katya gave us ideas of what we could do for entertainment. They are the nicest people you could ever meet and went out of their way to give us a good holiday. Their mission is to give everyone a wonderful holiday so whatever your needs they will do their best to help. I cannot recommend them highly enough. We felt so at home in the apartment we were happy to spend time on cooler days enjoying the rest and the fantastic views. All together a wonderful holiday. Thank you Katja and Helmut

Summary: This apt. Is sleek and modern. Everything is there. Bedding, a well stocked kitchen, and towels. The owners are VERY attentive to your needs. The apt. Is an easy walking distance to the beach and it’s gorgeous walkway, grocery stores, laundry, hairdresser, and numerous restaurants. Access to the highway is not far and makes day trips quite easy. We had a very pleasant visit.

Summary: What can I say but the whole experience was the very best we have had and I must add we have booked numerous properties through this website. Katya & Helmut met us upon arrival and showed us around and answered any questions we had regarding the apartment - they also very kindly gave our daughter a present as it was Christmas and provided a welcome pack. The apartment is wonderfully appointed and was spotlessly clean with all of the equipment one needs when on holiday. The view in morning of the sun rising over the Mediterranean was simply a sight to behold while having breakfast ! My daughter gave this holiday a 10 out of 10 - what more can I really add apart from thank you for a lovely stay in a wonderful apartment. We will be back ....

Summary: Lovely clean spacious apartment with plenty of storage space. The apartment has plenty of windows that let in lots of light, and the view from all of the rooms and balcony is spectacular. Watching the sun rising from behind the mountains each morning was a wonderful sight. The kitchen area is very well equipped and includes fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The set of crystal wine glasses was a nice touch and was in keeping with the good quality fixtures and fittings across the whole apartment. There are two shower rooms, one of which contains a washing machine. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided useful information on places to eat and to visit. We would have been happy to stay another week (at least!)
