Lovely and luxury apartment in Taormina with a stunning sea view terrace and a shared swimming pool perfect for a refreshing swim after a sunny day passed visiting the archaeological sites or after a full day passed on the beach.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and quite contest, surrounded by the green in the luxury Residence San Giorgio. It's an Ideal location near the town center (just 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA and Corso Umberto) but, at the same time, away from the noise and the crowd.
IMPORTANT: note that to the town center there are some flights of stairs.
PRIVATE PARKING - note: garage with low ceiling (max 166 cm) or private street parking.
The apartment (180 sq.) is on two floors and has 4 bedrooms (6/7 guest), 4 bathrooms, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, bed linen and towels provided(swimming pool towels provided too) and luxury and antique furniture.
On first floor:
kitchen, living room with working fireplace (for winter time ;), bathroom, big covered terrace (patio) with sofa, cushions, chairs and a round table perfect for breakfast or romantic dinners, 1 cozy little room (single bed) with a private bathroom (with shower)
On second floor:
1 double King- size bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom (with bath),
1 double king-size bedroom ,
1 queen size bedroom (bigger than a single bed, good for sleep very close or good for children, 121 cm),
1 bathroom (with shower)

LOCATION and ACCESS:
The apartment is right next to the prestigious HOTEL ASHBEE and close the baroque church of San Pancrazio that you will pass by following the stairs and a pedestrian path in the green that leads, in few minutes, to the Taormina's shops, restaurants and supermarkets ( only 100 meters far away from GATE MESSINA, Corso Umberto).
The apartment have the pedestrian entrance from the garden path and the car entrance down by the street(donโ€™t use the provided address if you are by car and use a satellite navigator). A private parking, with locked door, is reserved for the apartment's guests. The building's garage is connected by the elevator to the apartment's floor (perfect for heavy luggage or children).
The best way to reach the beaches in 'Taormina Mare' is to take the cable-way that is located only 5 minutesโ€™ walk.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in our apartment. Communication with Sabina was very timely and helpful. She helped navigate us to a market. She helped find a driver for 8 to Mt Etna and wine tour. The location was a short walk to Taormina. The pool and grounds are well kept. So much to do and explore.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful place to call home for us 5 senior women. Each had our own space and yet plenty of places to gather. The many steps gave us a workout and we were all stronger when we left. The best feature is the balcony which is large and overlooks the magnificent shoreline to the north. We would highly recommend this property and would come back in a flash.

Summary: We stayed in the apartment for several weeks and it was wonderful. You cannot beat the view. This apartment building is gated and includes a parking spot. The grounds were kept up and the pool was open but we did not swim. It is in walking distance to all the downtown action! Sabina was available for questions and was quick to respond to a minor issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Check in was easy and efficient. There is a lot of stairs and a bit of a walk to town but itโ€™s very walkable .

Summary: Parking in Taormina is challenging, and this apartment can fit 2 cars in the underground garage. From there, the restaurants, shops, cable car down to the beach by Isola Bella are just a few minutes walk away (with stairs). The property had slipcovers/fabric over all seating areas, so it isnโ€™t quite as pictured. It has the space you need, but is dated and could use new towels, more wine glasses and kitchen utensils, as well as a Nespresso or a drip coffee maker. 1 cup at a time in a moka pot does not suffice for a home that sleeps 6 or 7.

Summary: This is a great location, fantastic garage, and helpful agent. This was our first three nights in Sicily. Once we figured out the path to get to town, we LOVED this place. One large bedroom, three smaller ones. Only odd thing was the throws on all the furniture to protect upholstery. The throws coordinated nicely, but was not as pictured. The covered patio was wonderful, in both morning and evening.

Summary: The flat is so spacious, the views are outstanding! It is so close to town and easy to walk to everything in town from the flat. Communication with Helga and Sabina was great throughout and Sebi Melita, the tour guide they recommend was so nice and helpful! We loved our time there.
