Beautiful Beachfront condo is your home away from home. These comfortable accommodations offer you an experience of seaside living at it’s best. The view of our wonderful mountains and ocean can be enjoyed from our covered deck, living room, dining room and master bedroom. Being on the 7th floor the view is breath taking. The beach is almost on your doorstep only a few 100 ft. away.
The “Residences” is located next door to The Beach Club Resort in Parksville. You are within walking distance of everything that downtown Parksville has to offer. If a stroll on one of the most amazing beaches is what you enjoy you can leisurely stroll the beach where tides recede over a kilometer allowing you to explore and play on the soft sand. You can swim, collect shells, ad enjoy all the wild life the beach has to offer, such as geese, sea gulls, and eagles. You also can sit and watch the sailboats and kayakers while you take in the peaceful, tranquil atmosphere.
We are only 20 min. drive away from the beautiful Provincial Park “Cathedral Grove” ( a finalist for “Seven Wonders of Canada” ) Centrally located on the sheltered east coast of Vancouver Island, Parksville’s temperate climate makes it a popular year-round holiday destination.
Parksville is a year round destination for golfers, with six golf courses in close proximity.
Go down-hill skiing and snowboarding in the winter or mountain biking in the summer only an hour away at Mount Washington.

Summary: Amazing view and location. The place was extremely clean when we arrived. Our kids had a really great time exploring the beach, playground and pool. We have already rebooked.

Summary: Fantastic location by the beach! It's a short walk to the playground/local park via the boardwalk and there are restaurants/shops (including McDonald's) on the other side of the highway within walk-able distances. It's also a short drive to other shops including Save-On-Foods, Canadian Tire and a local shop for fresh seafood (at French Creek Harbour). The property itself is well maintained and includes a well-stocked kitchen to make simple meals (do bring your own can opener) and an in-suite washing machine/dryer which is so important when we're going to the beach and/or swimming pool on a daily basis. The key items to bring are: bath soap, and perhaps for light sleepers-ear plugs and eye masks, especially for the second bedroom which does face the highway below. We will be back again!

Summary: The apartment was even better than the photos suggested, spacious and well equipped. Close to the beach with excellent views, and can walk to nearby eateries and shops in town.

Summary: Beautiful property and location. Excellent service from on site manager. We found the living and dining room furniture uncomfortable and garage door opener took MANY tries to open the door.

Summary: this unit has a beautiful view and is very clean and nicely decorated. My only issues were with the fact that a couple of items were not stocked. There was only one hairdryer between two bedrooms, there was no kitchen scrub brush or pot scrubber and there was only liquid soap in the bathrooms (no bar soap or shampoo or conditioner). That wouldn't' stop me from returning however.
