Positive: Location is excellent. The views , amenities , nearby restaurant were one of the best compared with nearby beaches . Close to Red Hook port for ferry to St John . Will definitely stay here again.

Positive: The location of the property is in a quiet picturesque neighborhood, with easy access to Redhook.
Negative: There were no restaurants or Coffee Shops within walking distance. The beach is right next to the property, but there are too many rocks to navigate to get into the water, Iโ€™m accustomed to much better, in St Thomas, Nassau and the Dominican Republic. The quality of Food at the Bar restaurant is too Oily, and not healthy.

Negative: The bed was hard. There were no trash bags. The pictures online are deceiving in that it appears as the condo is on an accessible area of the beach. Not the case d/t the coral reef. For the price, expected more updated features.

Negative: air conditioning did not control temp well; bedroom ceiling fan did not work; shower water was not hot; there was frequently an odor that reminded us of people having hair perms; eating facilities available on property were not good-need to take taxi to Red Hook for nice meals; condo is not decorated well (e.g. no pictures on walls, no coffee table; bar stools uncomfortable); although some staff were very nice, several were rather cold
