wi fi included, linens, towels included, tv flat screen tv and dvd player.
water and electricity extra (1000 baht / week or 2000 baths / month) and final cleaning (600 baht) to be paid on the spot.

Summary: Location was close to beach and from the balcony there was a view of the sea. Condo was clean and very well stocked with essentials. Had an issue with internet late at nite, called May the property manager and at 8:00 next morning they fixed it. Great place to stay.

Summary: Property was better than the photo's on the website.Had everything we needed including pots & pans and cutlery. Apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with a large balcony. Very near to bars and restaurants and transport into Patty city on the doorstep.All in all a great holiday. Would book this apartment again.
