Summary: We love staying here we try to come back every couple of months. We were just here during the holidays. David & Alma always make us feel like we are part of the family and ALWAYS so accommodating to any of our needs.I promise you won’t regret picking this beautiful cozy spot.

Summary: This is our second stay at David & Alma’s in the last 5 months. We knew when we decided to return to the area that their property is exactly where we wanted to stay. The property is cozy and comfortable and we always have a wonderful time. They make you feel like royalty when you are there making sure everything is perfect for you. We will definitely be back in a few months. Check it out you won’t be disappointed at all

Summary: We had such a wonderful time on this beautiful property. Alma and David went out of their way to make sure our stay was nothing but the best! It quiet and cozy close to so much. We hated to leave but we will definitely be back!

Summary: This was a great place for a getaway and VERY pet friendly. Our dog loved running around in the back yard. The bed was VERY comfy. If you like a lot of pillows, this is the place for you! The outdoor area was great with fire pit, grill, and pool.

Summary: Great stay overall, very comfortable room with everything you could ever need. Note that it is connected to another house, even though they give you the back yard the whole time. Didn't bother me, just something to note. Only having a kitchen sink outside was the only drawback, fine in the summer, but might be difficult in the winter.

Summary: Property is beautiful and better than in the pictures. Nice quiet neighborhood close to shops and downtown Oceanside. This property has everything you can ask for and then some. Our 2 little dogs loved being able to roam the yard and lay by the pool. Owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Will definitely be coming back.

Summary: This was the perfect place for us to relax from all the family obligations and decisions. Our dogs were so relaxed and that was a blessing. Pool was perfect temp. Everything we needed to enjoy our time. Close to everything but felt remote. Comfy bed! Great natural light and desk area for work from home. We will be back as we have family in the area that we need to see frequently. First time we have gone home rested! Thank you!!
