Bali-like vibes with an Island feel! A boutique experience is in order as soon as you pass through the gate. You are greeted by the canopy covered seating area with a fountain to relax by. Continue walking towards the backyard and enjoy the enchanting vibe that leads you to your room. The beautiful flat deck will indicate to turn left and veer towards your "grill and chill" area. You can immediately sit and take in the shaded sitting area surrounded by timber and black bamboo! Carry on to the left and you'll discover the entry into your comfy dwelling. A mile as the crow flies to the beach and super close to great resturaunts and bars that will appeal to all pallets. Minutes away from Carlsbad Village, Oceanside Pier and harbor. Great food, craft beer and boundless fun with the ocean, beaches and mountains all within a few minutes reach. A SoCal experiences through and through!

Summary: Chris reached out as soon as I booked to confirm everything. He checked back in as the trip approached and ensured an easy check-in process. Chris also checked on us (via text) during our stay. The rental is exactly as described and was just right for our family getaway.

Summary: We stayed nearly a week in Oceanside at Kaza Kokos. We rented both bedrooms and everything was fantastic. The rooms are well furnished, very clean and comfortable. Much better than staying at a hotel in my opinion. The Fire Hill neighborhood is a great spot to explore the entire area. Just two minutes to get to the beach and also the highway if heading into San Diego. Very quiet and the outdoor space is a huge bonus as very comfortable, spacious and peaceful to hang out. Perhaps the best part of the entire stay is the host, Chris! His communication was prompt and friendly from the start. He made sure we were clear on the check-in process and even checked up on us a few times during our stay to see if we needed anything at all. Overall, a great place at a great price.

Summary: Chris is a gracious host. Even had a bar of chocolate waiting for me. 😁Property is clean, quiet, with a gorgeous outdoor area. Was just a 1.6 mile jog to the beach. Highly recommend!

Summary: Could not have had a more pleasant stay! Host Chris was welcoming and helpful. The location was quiet and near everything I needed. Unit was clean, cozy and had all the amenities. The patio area was amazing!!!! Thank you for a lovely stay, highly recommend!
