Summary: We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for us. There’s not many food options within a close proximity but can easily find eateries within a short walk.

Summary: While we live about 30 minutes from downtown Richmond, we wanted to be close to where our son was getting married. Once I figured out how to get into the apartment everything was smooth sailing.

Summary: My wife and I used this property as a long stay. The good: -Location is fantastic, close to activities -Apartment is comfortable. -Modern amenities The bad: - Below street level - Loud on weekends due to nearby bar - Windows can't open - Blinds are inaccessible to open/close - No dressers to put clothes, only hangers Side issue: At the end of our stay, the owner attempted to charge us $200 due to failing to follow check-in instructions --- that are not provided and different than the ones he sent us. He also accused of not reporting a "broken" dishwasher that worked perfectly with no visible issues during our stay. He also wanted the payment for the "stench" of trash after telling us specifically to leave food from the fridge in the trash. Overall, it was a weird and disappointing end to an otherwise decent stay.

Summary: Check in was set for 4pm. I arrived in the airport around 7pm and still hadn’t received check instructions yet. I was told the cleaners would have it ready by 7:15. I got there around 7:30 and realized I was given the wrong address when I had to call for instructions on how to open the door to get to the apartment. Right street, wrong number. It’s not a well lit street and it’s next to a bar; as a single traveler, I was nervous. The key fob only works every 10 tries or so. Thankfully it seems like a safe neighborhood. Plenty of great places nearby to eat, except on Sundays. Many businesses in the area seem to be closed on Sundays. Shampoo and conditioner seemed to be offered but there was watered down hand soap and no body wash. My check in experience and soap issue aside, I enjoyed my stay within the property. The host was responsive, the bed was comfortable (though loud), and the tv had Hulu signed in. I enjoyed Anime Ink and the convention center was close enough for a decently priced ride shares.

Summary: We were in town for an event at the convention center, and this was a great stay, comfortable, good host who was SUPER responsive. Easy 10 minute walk to the convention center. Thank you for the rental!

Summary: Just as described and comfortable. It was 8 city blocks from the convention center, but the $7/day parking there made it easy to manage. Unit parking is on-street. Condo was clean, coffee provided, and a great retreat after full conference days. We would stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: My husband, daughter, and I needed a place to stay during VCU's family weekend, and this condo was perfect for us. It is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and very close to the Monroe Park campus in one direction and downtown Richmond in the other. The wifi was incredibly powerful, and it was perfectly quiet at night. Parking was relatively easy to come by within a block in any direction. Triple Crossing Brewery is right across the street, and although we didn't have time to visit this weekend, we'd love to come back sometime to visit the tasting room.
