5 Bedroom House in Londonderry, Peru

This custom built home is located on 70 private acres surrounded by National Forest. It has 4 bedrooms and a private den with a queen size bed (all located on the second floor) and 5 1/2 bathrooms which consist of 4 en suites, with one of them having access from hallway for guest staying in the den and loft. 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, the den has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin over full bunks with twin trundle beds, and an extra twin bed next to the bunks. There is also a loft area at the top of the stairs the has 2 twin size beds. Please see pictures of layout for more detail.
The first floor has an open floor plan with kitchen, 3 separate seating areas, large dining room, and very large mudroom with full bath and laundry. The sitting room off of the kitchen has a wood burning fireplace and is perfect for relaxing while waiting for dinner. The great room has 35 foot ceilings with a floor to ceiling stone fireplace connected to family room with a large sectional and 55" TV.
The finished basement is perfect for kids and adults with its large bar, dart board, ping pong, and pool table as well as a huge sectional and a large 65" TV.
There is full wifi network throughout the house which also allows access to the SONOS stereo system located throughout 1st floor, basement and decks.
Close to 6 Southern VT ski resorts.

Summary: We rented the home for a long weekend with two other families and we had the best time. The home was very well maintained, and the wood details throughout made it feel like we were in a beautiful ski lodge—something I’d expect out west. The fireplaces on the main floor were amazing and made us never want to leave the house. The new hot tub was great. Half of us skied at Bromley and half went to Stratton and both were an easy drive. We hope to rent the home again and make this a tradition!

Summary: We had the most incredible week here in June and could not have been more impressed with how special this home was! The location was phenomenal for visiting a number of surrounding areas, but the home and property were also just as wonderful to stay at and explore. Our kids had the best time swimming in the little pond on-site and using nets to fish out salamanders. The house itself is beautifully designed and furnished, and it truly felt like a well-loved home, not just a rental. We can’t recommend it enough!

Summary: This home is very large but very cozy! The high ceilings, pine floors and beautiful beam construction is like no other. Summary: We had an amazing Christmas week here. The house is truly spectacular—even better than the pictures indicate. Rob was always quick with responses to the handful of questions we had, and everyone really couldn’t believe how nice the house was. Truly a memorable week and we will definitely be back!!
