very bright spacious and comfortable two-story house with 135m2,. Ground floor loft with large living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Salon with two balconies overlooking the sea.
top with a double bedroom and two twin rooms with bunk beds (180m) plant. Bathroom with shower. 9 wardrobes. Terrace overlooking the beach.
Air coditioner in all the house. Wooden floors. sound insulation glazing in the balconies facing the sea.
Private parking for 6 € / day (on request).
Fiestas alicante June 20-25. Fiestas del barrio 5_9sep. Both very beautiful and original, but noisy.
10 minutes and, walking from the city center.
Three golf courses in the vicinity, one accessible TRAM (San Juan Golf) and two with vehicle (Bonalba, Plantío).
Two sports centers, Montemar, Arena, accessible by TRAM (8 and 15 minutes) Stadio
About two marinas., One in front of the house.

Summary: Very friendly owner, oppositie the beach (you have to cross the road), near the old center, enough space and clean.

Summary: Met by owner and had early entry which was very useful.Late exit was also good so we could utilise the beach and then have shower facilities before flight home. Apartment not up to standard for cleanliness.Lots of dust under dining table, crumbs in freezer, fridge vent inside black dirt/ dust in it. Upstairs shower tray wasn't draining properly until I removed lots of hair from the plug hole. Ants on floors upstairs and down. Cupboard door broken and glass panel not secure in front downstairs toilet. Very noisy as busy road outside front of house.There was also a fiesta going on so music didn't stop until 3.45am and 5am on two mornings of our 4 night stay. air conditioning was broken downstairs and owner was waiting for part, so lounge Windows had to be opened as heat unbearable in lounge.As a result very noisy from traffic. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery and crockery.Lots of cupboard space upstairs. Informed owner regarding cleanliness who stated she had checked house prior to our arrival.photos sent as proof, but no extra cleaning carried out. Misunderstanding of what was provided, as in information it stares that towels are provided.unfortunately we assumed that included beach towels, as they had been at our last apartment in Alicante last year.Beach row is were purchased at the supermarket. Good location near beach, but won't be back.

Summary: Fantastic town house with spacious rooms, frontline and just 50m from the beach. Some great local bars and beach bar all within a few hundred meters. Old town and the marina are just 5 minutes walk away. Loved the open plan lounge/kitchen and traditional style/features. The road between the property and the beach can be noisy during the day but you soon get used to it and all the plus points more than compensate. And the owner is lovely. Would definitely stay there again if I’m in Alicante again!!

Summary: lovely home and very accomodating owners (catalina) very central and easy walking distance to centre of town and castle/tram station. and yet a very quiet back street location.would recomend this home to all my freinds.phillip

Summary: Beautiful home close to everything in Alicante. The beach is your front yard and the castle is on your back yard. You are surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. A 5 min walk puts you in the old city center of Alicante. A 5 minute walk to the tram that takes you to other beaches and also the train station. My family and I stayed here with another family. We had plenty of room for the kids and the adults. The kitchen was very modern and accommodating. All the rooms were very comfortable and spacious with their own a/c separate from the main house central. Juan the owner was a very nice and accommodating host. He was there to greet us when we came in and offered valuable information on where to go and what to do in the area. He was very gracious to bring us to the train station the day we left. We truly enjoyed the 15 days that we stayed here. Gracias Juan!
